Production Line Configuration Plan
Small Line (0.5–1 ton/hour): Investment: Approximately RMB 150,000–300,000 (workshop excluded). Application: Farmer cooperatives and small processing plants, mainly using straw as raw material.
Medium Line (1–3 tons/hour): Equipped with dryer and large ring die pellet mill; investment: RMB 500,000–1,000,000.
Large Line (3–5 tons/hour and above): Fully automatic with imported core components; investment: Over RMB 2,000,000.
Key Selection Guidelines
- Raw Material Compatibility Wood chips: High-pressure ring die pellet mill required (compression ratio ≥ 1:6). Straw: Pre-fermentation treatment or binder (e.g. starch) is required.
- Energy Consumption & Efficiency Power consumption: 80–120 kWh per ton. Drying accounts for over 50% of total energy consumption (biomass hot-air furnace is recommended for energy saving).
- Die Service Life Alloy steel die service life: about 500–1000 hours. Regular reconditioning is required (cost accounts for 5–10% of production cost).
